About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This role will focus on executing targeted email campaigns that drive engagement, nurture
leads, and boost conversions. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to
develop and optimize email workflows, ensuring personalized communication for various
audience segments in US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
● Targeted Email Campaigns: Create and execute personalized B2B email marketing
campaigns by creating and scheduling targeted content for distinct audience segments.
● Segmentation: Use CRM and email marketing tools to segment lists based on
demographics, behavior, and other criteria to improve relevance and engagement.
● A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and design to optimize open
and click-through rates.
● Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, creating detailed
reports on KPIs such as open rates, CTR, and ROI.
● Database Management: Ensure the email database is clean, up-to-date, and compliant
with GDPR/CCPA and other regulations.
● Collaborate Across Teams: Work with design, sales, and content teams to ensure
cohesive messaging and visuals in email campaigns.
● Automation and Workflows: Assist in setting up and maintaining automated workflows,
using tools like Snov.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead, Hubspot, etc.
Skills & Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Experience: 4-6 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing (internships
included).
● Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot,
Snov.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead).
