We are looking for a high-energy SEO Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of SEO strategies, with a heavy focus on transitioning our clients into the era of AI Search (AEO & GEO).
Key Agency Responsibilities
- Multi-Account Execution: Manage SEO for client accounts (primarily E-commerce), ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
- AEO & GEO Strategy: Implement Answer Engine optimizations to help clients win citations in Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and ChatGPT Search.
- Technical Audits & Fixes: Conduct monthly technical audits (Crawlability, Core Web Vitals, Schema) and coordinate with client dev teams to implement fixes.
- Semantic Content Mapping: Guide the content team to create Information Gain content that stands out from generic AI-generated fluff.
- Client Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports using GA4 and Looker Studio, translating SEO jargon into Business Growth (Traffic, Leads, Revenue).
- Advanced Schema: Deploying Video, Product, and FAQ schema to maximize real estate in the SERPs and AI answers.
- Brand Mentions: Strategy for getting client brands mentioned in authoritative listicles and AI training data sources.
Professional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–4 years in an SEO Agency (Mandatory). You must be comfortable with multi-tasking and tight deadlines.
- Tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and AI tools (to speed up meta-tag generation/keyword clustering).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English is essential for client emails and monthly calls.
